เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงอื่นๆ (T&C)

1. ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วม Challenge จะต้องเป็นคุณแม่ ที่อายุครรภ์ ตั้งแต่ 3 - 4 เดือนขึ้นไป

2. ผู้สมัครจะต้องเป็นพนักงานปัจจุบัน ในองค์กร หรือบริษัทที่ตนเองทำงาน และในนามของบริษัทนั้นเท่านั้น

3. ผู้สมัครจะต้องให้ข้อมูลที่มีความถูกต้องและเป็นข้อมูลที่จริง หากกรณีที่ข้อมูลส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งไม่เป็นไปตาม รายละเอียดที่ให้ Motherhood.co.th มีขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสิทธิ์ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการทันที

4.สินค้าที่ผู้สมัครได้รับจากการสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ เป็นดุลพินิจของ Motherhood.co.th ในการคัดสรรและจัดส่งให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ โดยตามความเหมาะสม

5.การตัดสินของคณะทำงาน Motherhood.co.th ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

6.Voucher Discount และสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ เป็นของผู้สมัครเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถส่งต่อให้ผู้อื่นได้

7.Voucher Discount และสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ เป็นของผู้สมัครไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

8.สำหรับผู้ที่สมัครสมาชิก Newmom ไปแล้วไม่สามารถรับส่วนลด 200 บาทได้ แต่จะได้ส่วนลด 50 บาทแทน
1. Mom who register in the New Mom Office Challenge must be pregnant for 3 - 4 months and above.

2. Registrants must be working as permanent in their companies.

3. Registrants must fill the actual data. If the data provided is found uncertain in any circumstances, Motherhood.co.th will disqualify the application.

4. Motherhood.co.th reserves the right to give away the gifts from the challenge to the qualified challengers.

5. Motherhood.co.th reserves the right to alter, cancel, to terminate or suspend the registration or any part thereof or any part of applicable terms and condition from time to time or without any notice.

6. Voucher Discount and gift set CANNOT be transferable to others.

7. Voucher Discount and gift set CANNOT be exchanged in cash terms.

8. Registrants who have been existing Motherhood.co.th user/ new mom, will NOT receive the 200 baht Voucher.
